What diference between Skeleton and Stock CodeIgniter?

Skeleton Provides Blade Templating (via composer, more easy to update) and pre-defined views folders pattern for focus on project, not in "pre-setup" things. Also, Skeleton have the Twitter Bootstrap (with paper style) and jQuery (via CDN).

What Versions of each?

Currently, we have this versions:

• CodeIgniter: 3.x (via composer)
• Blade Templating: 3.x
• Twitter Bootstrap: 4
